The Northern Nevada Medical Group (NNMG) is seeking a skilled Per Diem Cardiothoracic Surgery Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our collaborative surgical team in Reno, NV. This is an ideal opportunity for an NP/PA with first assist certification and endoscopic vein harvesting (EVH) experience who is looking for flexible scheduling and a supportive, high-performing environment.

Position Highlights:

• Per diem, flexible schedule to support surgical coverage and patient care

• Assist in cardiothoracic surgical procedures, including endoscopic vein harvesting

• Participate in pre-operative and post-operative care, inpatient rounding, and first assist in the OR

Qualifications:

• NP/PA with active Nevada license (or eligibility)

• First Assist Certification/Experience required

• Proven experience in Endoscopic Vein Harvesting (EVH)

• Strong clinical background in cardiac surgery, CT ICU, or cardiothoracic care

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate: $85-$115/hour, based on experience and scope of work
