Job DescriptionOncology Nurse Navigator, full time, exempt, days, 8:00am-4:00pmJOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Director of Oncology Clinical Programs, functions as a clinician, case manager, and educator to achieve optimal clinical and quality outcomes for the oncology population. The Oncology Nurse Navigator (ONN) will coordinate patient care from diagnosis - through treatment and as needed throughout the continuum of care.
