The selected candidate will enhance and advance care for boarding (admitted) patients, improve the efficiency of patient admissions and discharges, with a unique focus on patients in observation status, and contribute to the overall improvement of our emergency and hospital medicine services.

This position will play a critical role in supporting physicians and APCs in the Emergency Department and Hospital Units, more specifically providing exceptional care to patients.

Requirements:

• License or license eligible as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Delaware
• Acute Care certification required
• Acute Care experience required
• Experience as a provider preferred
• ACLS required
