The Nurse Manager demonstrates leadership in the application of the nursing process to patient care and organizational processes. The focus of the Nurse Managers performance encompasses a combination of clinical, educational, and administrative responsibilities. Upon assignment to this position, the incumbent's salary will include two additional steps for assignment to a Head Nurse/Nurse Manager position.
