Job Summary

Assists in their specific department or region, as the point person for other providers to reach out to and assist in resolving any issues they deem appropriate. Works closely leadership to help facilitate on-going communications to help drive continuous and sustainable improvements.

Job Duties

• Develops and maintains regional provider schedule in conjunction with leadership.
• Updates regional staff on program and system wide policy and procedure changes.
• Addresses regional issues with administrative team and help to develop solutions.
• Assists in development of clinical protocols at the direction of the Medical Director and leadership.
• Participates in evaluations, performance improvement plans, and conflict resolution for assigned providers.
• Makes staff recommendations to leadership.
• Remains up to date on best practice techniques.
• Communicates strategic goals and vision and mission of organization to employees through staff meetings, individual and small group meetings, electronic and written communication, and aligns direction of work units and tams with overall driving strategies.
• Assesses and responds to employee, management and patient concerns.
• Performs clinical duties as an Advanced Practitioner.

Basic Life Support Certification - Default Issuing Body; Certified Physician Assistant - National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
