The Nurse Manager (Home Based Program Coordinator) has overall responsibility for the operation and management of Home Based Primary Care at the New Mexico VA Health Care System all of which are programs designed to deliver specialized, complex, highly professional services that are important program components of the facility and that significantly impact the health care provided to Veterans.
