The VISN Clinical Contact Center (CCC) Chief Nurse Manager is responsible for the supervisory/managerial direction of nursing staff managers and staff as well as the nursing operations of the clinical contact center. CCC nursing staff may be located at multiple sites within the VISN and virtually. The Chief Nurse Manager assists the VISN Clinical Contact Center Chief Nurse with administrative and clinical functions targeted to promote comprehensive care services for the Veteran.
