The Loveland Community Based Outpatient Clinic Assistant Nurse Manager is a supervisory position. The Nurse in this role provides supervision and oversight to the delivery of care to Veterans in the Ambulatory Care Service Line in Loveland, Colorado. The Assistant Nurse Manager in this position has responsibility for data gathering, report development, systematic review of clinical practice, feedback to direct care staff and competency assessment. The Assistant Nurse Manager plays a pivotal role in leading cultural and transformational change, elevating clinical practice and developing a system to assure continued quality care. Veterans in the Ambulatory Care environment receive outpatient care. The Assistant Nurse Manager leads the development of a strategic plan and the consistent, safe delivery of care. The ANM in this role is clinically competent and supports the provision of clinical care. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7:30am to 4:00pm Financial Disclosure Report: Not required
