The Intensive Care Unit Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL) is a Master's prepared, registered nurse that functions as a generalist with advanced knowledge and skills to provide clinical coordination and oversight for their patient population. The CNL is primarily responsible and accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating direct and indirect nursing care, and identifying outcomes for patients in his/her assigned area. This is an open continuous position. Names will be reviewed every two weeks until the position closes. The cut off for the first review is March 15, 2021. Major duties and resposibilities include, but are not limited to: Coordinating patient care delivery to ensure quality care according to established standards of care, practice, policy and procedure Handles the coordination of care focused in patient transition through the continuum of care, patient and family education, patient self-management after discharge, and supporting factors that impact customer satisfaction Shows leadership in improving patient care and help enhance the staff education and professional development Work Schedule: Variable shift including Holidays & Weekends Financial Disclosure Report: Not required
