The VISN 10 TeleCare Services Informatics Nurse is self-directed and collaborates with leadership to assure appropriate oversight of call center functions and clinical quality. This position requires the Incumbent to be proficient in Informatics and knowledge of Call Center technology and clinical/administrative functions; thus, assuring all Call Center staff will be competent with informatics issues.
