The Dean of Graduate School, Office of Sponsored Programs and Research is a twelve month position with a maximum of six (6) credit hours of teaching per calendar year. Key responsibilities will include providing academic leadership and oversight to all graduate programs, investigating and proposing new graduate programs, and achieving and maintaining accreditation status of each graduate program. The Dean of Graduate School, Office of Sponsored Programs and Research will pursue and manage grant funding opportunities and practices along with integrating research activities and research practices at Methodist College.
Education: Doctoral (PhD) degree in nursing from a regionally accredited college or university. Experience: Two years of Leadership experience in higher education administration required. A minimum of two years teaching experience in graduate program required. Must have a minimum of two years of curriculum development. Local, State, or Federal grant management, reporting, and writing background.
